1. Eligibility for Refunds
Items may be eligible for a refund or exchange if they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
